Holiday Hours

All of us here at RenovoData would like to wish you and yours a happy, healthy and safe holiday season!

While we will be giving our staff some well-deserved time off to enjoy time with their loved ones, we will be open for business select days during the season:

Christmas
Tuesday, Dec 24th – Closed (On call support for emergency restores only)
Wednesday, Dec 25th – Closed (On call support for emergency restores only)

New Years
Tuesday, Dec 31st – Closed (On call support for emergency restores only)
Wednesday, Jan 1st – Closed (On call support for emergency restores only)

If you need emergency assistance on Closed days, there will be support resources “on call” who will return your email or call. We appreciate your patience during the “closed” days as we will be running with a limited staff.

Email Support

Email support@renovodata.com, or use our contact form below, which creates a support ticket and ensures a response. If emailing, please list your company, contact number, and detailed information about your needs and our knowledgeable support team will respond to your request.

Phone Support

If all support lines are busy, please leave a message with our live friendly representatives. If it is after hours, our 24×7 hour call center will take your information and alert our staff for a prompt call-back. If declaring an emergency, please specify this with our on-call staff.

Text Message Support

If you prefer to text to create a ticket, you can text to 1.404.777.4654. Please list your name and company in the text, and our support team will be ready to help you. Once a ticket is created, a text reply with a different phone number will be supplied to reference your specific support case.
